Laugh Through It




I wanted to post this really off topic, but hilarious picture.  I honestly feel like this is excellent advice on how to handle flatulence. LOL  The best way to get through struggles is to laugh and be as positive as possible.  Here is a good laugh for you guys!

I'm not saying that we should mask our emotions.  We shouldn't hide when we feel something other than happiness.  Everyone has emotions and it is totally acceptable to show them, as long as it's not abusive.  I have worked really hard at showing my emotions.  I have always shown that I am happy but have realized recently that showing sadness, frustration, fear, anger and anything else is healthier than hiding it.
With all this, I still love to laugh.
