My Laundry List

Hey Everyone!! So, I thought to clarify everything and just be open, I would just share the list of my diagnoses and medications.  Hopefully this can help put some things into perspective. :)

Diagnoses:
  • Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility Type
  • Fibromyalgia
  • ADHD

  • Eczema
  • Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • Insomnia

Medications:
  • Cymbalta (Twice a day)

  • Elbows (Both)
  • Wrists (Both)
  • Every joint in each finger (Both hands)
  • Middle Back
  • Low Back
  • Hips (Both)
  • Knees (Both are HORRIBLE)
  • Shins (Both, Mainly when I exercise)
  • Ankles (Both)
  • Feet (Flat feet. How fun.)
  • Every toe
  • Head (Sometimes headaches)
  • Stomach (It likes to send acid back up)
  • Eyes (Both continually get dramatically worse and I have chronic dry eyes)
  • Brain
    • Brain fog
    • headaches
    • dizziness
    • lightheadedness
    • forgetfulness
    • almost impossible to focus
    • I can't sleep without medication
I'm sure there will me more stuff to add later, but as of right now, I think this is everything.  :) The only reason I wrote the list is that I want everyone to have a clear picture of what I'm going through.   EDS and Fibro, although invisible, are very hard to deal with, but I'm alive, I'm figuring things out, and I'm learning how to live with it. Invisible doesn't mean it's not real. Hard doesn't have to mean impossible.  Have a joyful day! :)
